Costa Hollywood Condo Resort redeveloped the former Hollywood Grande site on Hollywood Beach into one of South Florida’s premier mixed-use hotel developments. It features 304 condo-hotel units, 11,000 SF of retail space, 24,000 SF of restaurant space, meeting space, as well as a gym and spa. The hotel also boasts its own 225-car mechanical parking system that allows visitors and residents to drop off keys with a valet, after which the car will be whisked into its vertical storage space via elevator.

The Nevada Street Garage will bring a 304-space public parking garage to Hollywood Beach situated between Nebraska and Nevada Streets along A1A and North Surf Road. It will be an eight level 128,542 SF garage with a Real-Time Parking Space Availability Counter System, ParkMobile and Pay-By-Plate options, eight handicap accessible spots for disabled drivers, and two electric vehicle charging stations.

Parkview at Hillcrest 

Parkview at Hillcrest is approximately 243 acres located north of Pembroke Road, south of Washington Street, east of 52nd Avenue and west of South 35th Avenue. It is a joint project between Pulte Homes, Inc. and Concord Wilshire consisting of 645 single family homes and townhomes. Phase I is nearing completion with homeowners moving in while Phase II gets underway.

The corporate headquarters of Quantum Marine

The development will preserve and incorporate the north and west facades of the hotel with the new project.
